This policy covers the apps and website made by Scrappy Fox LLC ("Scrappy Fox", "we" or "us").
What we collect
Our apps store what you enter on your device and in your iCloud account. We do not have access to it.
Analytics and crash reports
If you have opted in through your device settings, Apple shares anonymous crash reports and usage statistics with us. These help us fix bugs and cannot identify you.
Purchases
Payments are handled by Apple. We never see your payment details.
When you contact us
If you email us or use the support form, we keep your message and email address only to reply and help with your request.
How long we keep data
App data stays on your device and in your iCloud account for as long as you keep it there. We never hold a copy. Support emails are kept only as long as we need them to help you. Anonymous crash reports and usage statistics are kept by Apple under Apple's own retention rules.
Deleting your data
You can delete app data at any time inside the app, or by deleting the app and removing its data from iCloud in your device's iCloud storage settings. To have us delete emails you've sent us, write to hello@scrappyfox.com and we'll delete them and confirm when it's done.
